Post-Assembly Guide...
First of all, congratulations again! If you don't mind a little bit of recognition after your accomplishment, then check out Fast PC's Graduate message board forum.
Now, I would assume you've tried to connect your monitor, keyboard, and mouse and see if your work of art boots up. If it doesn't, don't panic. Here are a few quick tips:
Troubleshooting tips:
- Turn on the rear power supply for your computer (flip the black switch!)
- Motherboard jumper configuration: are the settings for the processor
correct?
- Drive jumper settings: master/ slave correct?
- Are the processor, RAM modules and plug-in cards firmly seated in their
sockets?
- Did you plug all the cables in? Do they all fit snugly?
- Have you tightened all the screws on the plug-in cards or fitted the
clips?
- Are the drives secured?
- Have you connected the power cables to all drives?
- Is the processor fan connected to the proper motherboard power slot? This is usually denoted by 'CPUFAN' or 'FAN1'.
Now, after you get everything booted up, installing the Operating System is a snap. Simply insert the CD and follow the prompts.
I want to make sure that your computer performs as fast as it should, so I recommend continuing on with my guide and seeing how your computer performs.
I also want to give you some absolutely free, no-strings attached software to make your computer as fast as possible!

Tip: If you followed my directions to the 'T', you should have had no problems with the installation (this is also assuming you used my recommended parts). However, sometimes there are some problems. Run through the checklist above, and also look for the blatantly obvious mistakes again (I've forgotten the first one above before). Check out my Help & Support section if you've double-checked everything.
